As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any service you order turns out to be unavailable.

In the event of a course being mispriced it is our policy that if a course’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If a course’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

In the event of the Customer cancelling then the course fee shall be refunded as follows:Period of Cancellation before commencement of the course - Extent of Refund
